NOTICE OF AGM

Notice of the St Francis Bay Riparian Home Owners Association
Annual General Meeting

Dear Member

You are hereby informed that the Annual General Meeting for the St Francis Bay Riparian
Home Owners Association will take place as follows:
Time: 4 PM
Date: 17th December 2020
Venue: The St Francis Bay Bowling Club

Attached please find the agenda for the meeting together with a proxy form in case you are
unable to attend.

The St Francis Bay Riparian Home Owners Association Memorandum of Incorporation allows for 9 directors to be appointed. We currently have 7 directors appointed and we would therefore encourage the election of 2 additional directors to assist with the portfolios. In brief the duties of a director will be to assist and advise the association and its staff with the responsibilities covered by a particular portfolio. There are generally ten board meetings and one AGM per year. It will be advantageous for a director to be permanently living on the St Francis Bay canals as one may be called upon to carry out duties outside of the normal board meetings.

If you require more information on the Directors portfolios where we require assistance please contact myself through the office on finance@sfbra.co.za

I would urge all members to attend this opportunity to participate in the affairs of the
Association.

I sincerely hope you will be able to attend and look forward to seeing you there.

Regards,
Simon Picton-Turbervill
